arg.

I got up on time. I still managed to do things, so I'm not leaving yet, which is bad. But hey, I guess that's life.

Nothing else too interesting to report from my side.

Its warmer, so I've been able to postpone wearing a jacket, this is exciting.

Next week is the United Way campaign. Not interesting, except that there's a Chili contest that I may enter, as well as if I donate $10 I can wear jeans all week, which is a nice benefit.

Hrm. Hrm.

Well, so here's a good example of motivation. Instead of going swimming yesterday after work, it turned into checking out the new shopping center thing that hasn't opened yet, which turned into going to dinner at a place that seemed ok and was in the neighborhood. I'm not sure if that's indiciating a motivation problem or something else. I'll claim it as just being annoyed crocker park wasn't open yet.

CHL aparently got a job, that's exciting news, so congrats are in order for him.

I have another full day of training. Yesterday's was not exactly thrilling. And, while we did get cookies, they didn't show up at lunch, instead they showed up at 2. So there was blah wraps at lunch. I would have preffered cookies, so I could at least make up for the wraps with cookies earlier. I guess I can't be too picky, it was free.

Oh well, so now I can go off to work, and then do other not that exciting things, but hey, that's the name of the deal with thursdays.

Ok, so I missed a few

The beginning of the week and me getting up on time didn't quite agree. So I didn't have time to say anything. Its just like that sometimes. Everyone's a critic.

In other news, besides having a full day of training today and tomorrow, I'm just generally tired. I'm debating blaming this on my sleep schedule, but it could also just be the cold and darkness. Getting up this early tends to make me more succeptible to it getting dark earlier. When I was waking up at 10, its kinda always light at 10. Oh well. Today is supposed to be warmer, I'm trying to avoid wearing a jacket to work for a while, so hopefully that will succeed for a few more weeks.

Other then that, and a few oddball weekend purchases (like a new cover for my phone) I need to get going. But I will try and continue for the rest of the week to avoid more critisism.

Late stuff

So I've gotten up late like every day this week. Thus explaining the lack of bloggage. Ooops. However, this weekend should be good, as I have been gifted with the requisite Browns jersey so I can 'fit in' in the suite on sunday.

Also, the rx7 is sold, and haven't heard a thing from the guy I sold it too, which is also a good thing.

Besides those two, I guess all is reasonably quiet around here. Its getting darker and colder, which is yechy. I didn't care as much last year, because I was getting up late. (much like the previous 5 years). However with waking up now, its all dark and crappy. It should be better a bit when daylight savings kicks in, but besides that, yech. I guess its good to have headlights and seat warmers to make the drive to work not so bad.

Oh well, time for work and all the other things that need to get done on a friday, so then its party time.

Another entry

Well, so I got up late yesterday, which was due to staying up late the night before. Somehow its harder to wake up lately again. I'm blaming the darkness. Stupid darkness.

Well so what's interesting... I got the tickets to the game, but keep leaving them at work. Not really a problem, I should just remember to take them home just to be sure. Had sushi with Val last night, that went well, I even found a parking space when I thought I wasn't going to find one. Hrm, what else...

I suppose that's really it for the moment, I knew there were some other things to discuss, but now I can't remember any. I guess that makes it a good thursday.

In other potentially good news, the bw-3 (buffalo wild wings) has opened across the street from work. We're working on getting a work 'outing' there. I'm thinking the best time would be at around noon on a thursday. Seems unlikely though.

football and debates

Well, so I did win tickets to the October 17th game of Browns vs. Bengals in the party suite. I tried to pick them up yesterday, but they didn't have them yet. Not a huge worry. Of course I aparently need to fit in, so there's some other shopping necessary, to get a browns jersey so I don't look dumb. This is getting to a pricy set of 'free' tickets, but I suspect it will be worth it.

In other news, tonight is the super exciting vice presidental debates, and as a good blogger, I'm commenting and other such. In reality, the reason for watching them is beause they're at Case. They may be interest or somehow worthwhile, but that's kinda irrelevant given that they're here. Fortunately, there weren't any insane preparations yesterday, so band went relatively well, minus some usual parking issues. They better finish the construction soon so I can park. I think its scheduled for August, which isn't horrible, given that I only go there once a week.

Yes, well, sorta

I guess I could have mentioned the gym. I didn't. Its exciting only if you actually go there, its a rather boring spectator sport. Sort of like, umm, i dono. Its friday, that doesn't mean much, except that its time to very belatedly start planning for the weekend. And that I don't know what I want for breakfast, I had leftover pizza yesterday, but there is none of that today, so I suppose I need to be more creative.

I'm trying to leave a bit early, which worked yesterday when dealing with the traffic from the lane closing, so I have to hurry up and decide. Besides that, its a pretty uneventful day, so I guess I should look into doing something to keep the excitement up. All I have at work is one meeting as well, so the unexcitement follows.

Though yesterday was the drawing for tickets to the party suite for the Oct 17th Browns game. I suspect I'll find out if I won or lost today.. such suspense.
