another monday

crud, i accidently deleted my whole entry. boring weekend generally, except for friday's shootings and stuff, but glad i was away for that.

i also know how to cook leg of lamb really well, with some assistance. ok a lot of assistance.

i had thought spam + cheese, in a can was the worst food product currently sold, but no, i found potted meat which is far worse. i bought a can for mitch (it was $.50) in any case, i also found out actually, it gets worse, as you can see by the links on the webpages, there's all sorts of other gross things. and dave barry wrote a about it.column

all very scary. i need to figure out my plan for NY, dave's suggestion we stay in the city sat night, since allie can find a cheapish hotel. seems like an ok idea.

i need to do productive stuff tomorrow, like sort out my application for the apartment. ooh fun, yes.

worst meat by product recipe:
1. chudge + potted meat
2. milkshake
3. wallpaper paste
4. anything with brains in milk gravy
5. there was another suggestion, i seem to have forgotten it in my erasing...

Big yuck on the potted meat, especially brains in milk. (That has to be pretty damn un-Kosher, BTW.) I hope Mitch found it enjoyable. That isn't the grossest thing, you can find at Marc's, though.

However, on the good food tip - Tastings has a menu online here. Do you think it's up to date? It looks a little old to me, but it beats the brains out of milk gravy anyday.

For the reasons stated aboveand more, I'm convinced that corporations like Hormel and Armor Star are evil entities bent on the destruction of all things good and holy in this world. Potted Meat Food Product? >gaaagggg

Hi, I see you mention chudge on your page here. I was having trouble convincing some friends that this was a product that ever existed (it is cheese fudge, yes?); could you please tell me where I can get it? Or at least proof of its existence?

Please feel free to write to drakeythepooh@yahoo.com
